Why people want Amoled so much?
Xiaomi's IPS display is colorful and vibrant... moreAmoled is more energy efficient compared to LCD IPS (and thinner. too). it allows the blacks to be truely black. and the contrast ratio to be insanely high (Million at worst, Infinity at best)
and No. I am not of those people who want their phones to be paper thin. just explaining.

Redmi 4X has a Snapdragon 435 for a price of a feature phone. Snapdragon 435 is pretty good and is found on more expensive devices like LG Q6 and Nokia 6.
Dudes, what a great 16:9 screenshot saying it's an 18:9 device! Oh the wonders of modern technology!

Ive managed to get a Chinese phone and Im in Australia. If there is demand, there is a way albeit at additional cost, poor support etc.
