So it would be probable that they'll bring a 5.6 inch screen to a previously 5.15 inch body.
The bigger screens are reserved for: (mi ... plus) , mi max, mi note and mi mix (and in lesser reach redmi note line).
For the "flagship grade phones" only the mix line and the mi note line, they'll probably skip the mi 7 plus, their plus series have never sold well. (I did own a mi5s plus myself though and was super happy with it.)

love the massive battery in the house of flagship sd845. 5.6" is kinda small for 2018 but good enough for pocket.

But Xiaomi has better power management.. i can manage per apps, manage ram management, and u can even underclock the CPU,...
I can install hundreds apps but still no lag , i can manage only few which can connect or can active in background..

8 GBs of ram and 4,480 may battery is good. The screen is a bit small for an 18:9 flagship phone display though, the inevitable lack of SD card slot, audio jack and band 20 is disappointing and would stop me from buying
