Next, Xiaomi will reversed-engineer the Apple home pod and come out with exact model. They save alot of money without putting any money into R&D.
Like I said Chinese can’t design
Oh dear. Not another iphone X clone. Is every Chinese manufacturer gonna adapt this design for this year?
What can be expected from Mi too?

It’s just a cheap-ass cellphone, just look to the plastic top and this poor aluminum body, and this camera that have more bump than the Galaxy S6.
hahaha they cant even come up with their own design.. losers
Anonymous, 13 Feb 2018OMG…that horrible camera bump! Are they in competition with Apple to see who makes worst lo... moreProbably yes, because that small sensor does not need so much bump. Now we have another horrible dromedary in the market. Hump hump! But this comes with micro usb, slow charge and I already imagine the horrible photos in low light.
Ooooooh! Fancy fancy!
Ha jk this is sad. They copy even the biggest mistakes of Apple. They say Apple is the cancer of the market, well Chinese OEMs are it's doom.
Prometheous, 13 Feb 2018Or the price.Define quality.
OMG…that horrible camera bump! Are they in competition with Apple to see who makes worst looking rear camera?
Hayaan Mo Sila, 13 Feb 2018On TVs, we at least do have some distinct differences in style. Some are curved, some are flat... moreRespect to Sony for being indigenous in style but those black slabs are just not my taste. Regardless I will never buy anything that looks like an iPhone.
Is it only me but I think it's horrible design. Them cameras look like been added by mistake and don't fit at all

Some are curved, some are flat. One has a design A stand, the other has a design B stand. Some are thin, some are thick.
With smartphones, unless there's no logo on the back, the designs are pretty much hard to be differentiated from each other.
I do think Sony's the one to remain unique in regards to looks. None of their devices have a design feature that is similar or inspired from OEMs. Every detail on their design is an idea from Sony. Now I know you would think it's outdated, but that's not the point, and we will only talk about that in a different topic.
As some people here already mentioned, we should look pass the copying factor now. I mean, with the current trend, everyone is going towards bezel-less. When that happens, we most probably will start getting similar looking devices. I mean, look at the Television. how different does different brands look from one another? All this copying in the end only benefits us consumers. As someone here also mentioned, it is not about who did it first but rather who did it better.

Sammy and Apple? Both have same rounded corners on the body and the screen, same bottom firing speaker, same placement of power button & volume rocker (now they added the Bixby button where Apple's silent button is), same damn ludicrous pricing, same way to insert your sim card, with that dumb pin hole. I could go on forever
