i updated mine and 2.3.4 work faster than 2.2 !!!
i have a zte blade.

sorry guys but you phone sucks!

And some of us will never get 2.3 because vendors are artificially blocking it from slightly older devices to boost sales of their latest phones even though 2.3 could run just fine on such devices. Not so cool...
