I highly support the U. States Gov't. I am glad that major U.S. cell phone carriers are not on board with corporations that implement spyware.

NSA, FBI and CIA are concerned Huawei. It's ironic that if anything which should all be gravely concerned about the UTAH Data Centre and the programs Edward Snowden told us about. Massive Global Surveillance by US goverment into all smartphones. That's what we should be concerned about. Blanton obvious hypocrisy by the U.S goverment.

Why US Government too afraid of China?
China can attack US anytime with nukes with an ease, no need to spy on the US government first.

China is now the owner of South East China Sea with trillion dollars income and have nothing to be afraid of losing investment in the US.

I'm okay with being spied on by my own countryman. I'm an innocent citizen so I have nothing bad to hide. I don't know what's up with you guys unless you did a bad deed.

If you think you have any privacy when owning ANY mobile device (being it phone or any OEM, tablet or a laptop...hell even a PC in many cases), you're greatly mistaken.
Just being around someone who has either of those is pretty much guaranteed to in one way or another invade your privacy.

CIA, NSA, FBI are spying their citizens too. And maybe, not only their people but across the world too. They don't want competitors for their business. lmao

Well suck it up people the market is going to get smaller since the US government is very concerned of devices manufacture in China. If this goes on with all might be stuck with just IPhones to buy. Irony is that some parts even phone that are common is US are made from China. Just because its American made and expensive it doesn't mean that its any better that a cheap phone made in any part of Asia or even in any part of the world.

So if Huawei and ZTE are suspicious products. What about Motorola, as that is Chinese too?

What confidence is there other non-Chinese manufacturers are any better?

This is ridiculous, Huawei and ZTE are as much a danger to the US as Samsung, Sony, LG, HTC, Google, Apple or any other large technology firm, this is just the US being so far up their own arse they can't accept competitors from other places, especially Chinese ones, every company logs what you do on a smartphone either openly or via back doors, that's the way technology is (Although I don't agree with such practices), I'd almost call this market rigging.
