Andril, 15 Feb 2018This update make the device so much better, Since I purchased my PH-1 every update has made it... more10 years using android its the first time i have a device that actually get better and better after each update.. for that price its crazy.

i seen a youtube comparison for the camera between camera of the pixel 2 , iphone X and essential and damn essential was there all the way.

a tad worst on low light than pixel 2 ( but on par with iphone X ) and in good lightning essential had the best colors reproduction and sometime more detail.

This update has really improved the phone by quite a bit, particularly in the touchscreen department. Since updating I have yet to have problems with the screen missing touches, and scrolling performance has also improved. Along with the recent camera updates, this phone is finally getting to where it should have been on release. Plus in a way it's nice that they went straight to 8.1, as Google made a bunch of really nice visual updates in 8.1 and I already prefer it to 8.0

Very happy with my PH-1 even though I'm still on 7.1. Very few minor issues and the updates have really turned the camera around. Can't wait for 8.1. Hopefully it will be out by early march.

This update make the device so much better, Since I purchased my PH-1 every update has made it a more solid device. I have recently purchased my 2nd PH-1 and couldn't be happier. Better battery usage and smoother handling.
