Google would've made more revenues by simply releasing the Pixel in more markets.
Loyal Nexus owners won't be bothered with overpriced Pixels.

After my boot loop problem with Nexus 5x even with 50% discount I won't buy it. I think Google was more comprehensive with the client but no, if it's good they say because it's Google, the problems it's because LG made de phone, what a shame. Google knows there's a problem with the manufacturing of Nexus 5x, because all sooner or later get the the boot loop problem, what they do ? substitute the equipment? no, wait that most warranty finished and wash their hands, Google/LG phones? never more.

                3900000*600$ (in a average) = 2340000000 ( that's almost 2B $) 2B $ is not a small amount buddy

"Loyalty", my ass. This has nothing to do with loyalty, and everything to do with the fact that they can't give those phones away; not to the Apple/Samsung masses. Their sales figures are out, and by comparison, their paltry 3.9 million sold doesn't even make a dent.

Until Google stops doing things in a half-assed manner, of following the Apple business model while still using remnants of the Nexus business model, which involves charging an asinine amount of money for a device with inferior hardware as a showcase for their software, they'll continue to be just a blip on the radar screen. Thanks, but no thanks.

And no, I'm not being disparaging toward those who chose Samsung phones. The whole point of my comment is to call out Google for being phonies in making it seem like they're rewarding those of us who still have Nexus 6P's for being "loyal". It's obvious that they're just trying to offload Pixel stock that's just sitting there collecting dust by throwing us a bone. No matter what they do, they'll never bring a phone to the table that's as popular as anything Apple and Samsung put out.

This is brilliant, new pixels are 30% more than their replacement Nexus phones. Now google will give you 20% off, still making you pay 10% more than what you paid for your nexus phone. Or they are just desperately trying to get rid of inventory??

Without the plague of bugs and glitches, they might be good devices, putting aside the bad looks they have of course, but I would not consider any, as a expensive flagship device should be an all around excellent piece
