Well, the hardware is there. The score is pretty. But how good is TouchWiz now since I have not been using Samsung for quite some time. During my days with Samsung, Touchwiz tends to slow down and lag after a year or so. Regardless of how beefy the specs is at that time, Touchwiz is the always culprit with all the fanciful but resources hungry features which one may not even need them.

Qualcomm should just agree with broadcom's offer already.

Hayaan Mo Sila, 19 Feb 2018A12 will compete with Exynos 9810 this year. A13 will be Exynos 9810's successor's rival in 2019.They should make a exynos 10000 for the s10
With some next gen stuff fast as a ps4

In reality it will get there but at least 5 years the way mobile processes are advancing

Things getting interesting this year... Ah if only Samsung make two SoC again like in 2013 & 2014, It would be easier to match Apple's SoC performance. That too with over 30% increase between the first & second SoC.

Phone is fast, just like any modern flagship nowadays. Anyone who thinks loading apps an extra 0.1 seconds faster or having a few more points in some synthetic benchmarks are bragging points cannot possibly love phones. They are just stroking their egos.

Thats very beefy meaty juicy plump specs! The SoCs these days are jam packed with baloney so enjoy. Furthermore lower scores represent better performance so they dont make em like they used to, brothels! This will be one firey fiasco to brace yourselves and join the brigade popeyes!

AnonD-731491, 19 Feb 2018No, xzp with 835 and Android destroy iPhone x, whith 845 destroy x 10 https://youtu.be/mxHF... moreThe only thing its destroys here is your ignorant comment. Opening apps quickly responses goes to RAM memory and internal memory(flash storage) optimisation and speeds. It barely uses any CPU or you resources for opening or containing application memory inside RAM. CPU and GPU shines in multitasking, when you have many apps running background and all doing their own activities and obviously gaming or watching/encoding high res videos. Which Apples A11 does laps around your 835 or 845 or any other Android chipset. Except of course till exynos 9810 will come out, which slower but not by much as any your mentioned.

And as years go by, the more heavy use of the processor would be norm. It is silly for Qualcomm to be left so far behind. It holds the whole android world back from new and innovative uses. I mean seriously. Even the new Qualcomm CPU is like hack that of Apple's in single core performance. Are they kidding us? 6 months late ... and two generations late on top of that?
