Change your clothes and you look like different, but inside you are the same person. The same applies to S9 vs.S8. If you already own a S8 then save your money, all you are buying is a new set of clothes.

It's the future of v... moreI absulutely agree that AI Virtual assistants is the future, but some don't want to use that AIVA (AI Virtual Assistant) and instead remap it to launch music, make it a hardware camera button, or simply to have the phone simpler in design (i.e. no button at all)

(Open Source Projects). it's called Tizen and it runs on their smartwatches (very thin OS, BTW.) and their Galaxy Z series. on phones it wasn't very successful, bot not a flop either. but on the smartwatches it's a bullseye.

i will stay away from samsung- they always runs older android. There is no point buying a high price phone with primitive android.
Guess what - bought note 8 , and it's running android 7. Till now no 8 or 8.1. Some people say samsung make better skin on android- but if samsung is that good why they cant make their own OS - instead of making a skin and giving old android?
anyways - thats my view only (and some of my friends who bought s7 edge /s8+) .
I am not at all Samsung fan - but an android fan :-)

if you'd have me choose between V30 and S8+, I'd go for Sammy, but I'd root that from day one and strip it naked of all that unnecessary and undesired bloatware.
Bixby is the worst!

Looks a lot like my S8. Good for folks wanting to upgrade from S6 and/or S7. But I don't think nothing's changed much from Note8/S8 owners perspective.
