Having buggy and laggy IOS which slowing down my phone thatnk NO.
Also give android go to S9 S9+ and Note9 so it can be a bit affordable.

American users of Android Oreo (Go Edition) will be sorely disappointed when they learn they can't use Facebook's Lite app because the app is unavailable in the US and the OS probably won't let them download the actual app because it takes up a lot of space.

1GB of ram is NOT ENOUGH.
2GB should be the BARE MINIMUM.
Let me put it this way,
Everything on this earth is made with a purpose to complement the other thing.
Just like a man complements a woman and vice versa & that equals 1+1=2
Same thing with animals 1+1=2
And same thing with music bands, there's always a 2nd person who backs you up.
Making it clearer: this phone is a baby that's undeveloped - it needs it's mommy (1) plus the daddy (1) and it will be 2.
Now to make it crystal clear: it's better to be with someone who can help you rather than rocking solo, get it?
Unless rocking solo is ya thing of course then get this new kid on block, what you got to lose?

But 512Mb of memory is enough for this Android version.

Luxor, 23 Feb 2018Will it run full fledge apps though? Hmm. A kind of but very very slowly. These devices Are really good for makin phone call, sending text messages, reading email and if you Are really lucky reading simple web Pages.
But on the other hand They Are very cheap and battery can last reasonable long time even if it has not big battery.
Good phones, if you don`t Expect miracles.

AnonD-554424, 23 Feb 2018It will be great if xiaomi launch mi a2 with Google's Android one program...Too soon as the current MiA1 is merely 5 months old, so expect MiA1 (2018) to be announced probably arround August, that's if Google allowed Xiaomi to have a second Android One phone after the Oreo update blunder late last year.
The focus by of Android One phone this year should be Nokia 7 plus.
