Sony is next, but not for bezel, but the headphone jack.
I personally will not recommend this jack less phine ti anyone.

1. No Headphone jack.
2. No More side FPS to unlock the phone. You have to lift it.
3. Small battery capacity.
4. The smaller one get's no wireless charging and stereo speakers.
5. It's just looks like a HTC ripoff.

Wow Absulutely a looker, until I've reached the dealbreaker. no 3.5mm jack. sorry Sony. I realy wanted to try you as a daily driver. (Even though I am still looking at the beasty S9Ex version)

I REALLY HOPE they keep the STEREO SPEAKERS in the compact. If they take the jack off it's the least they should do. Also have the wireless charge. They are supposed to be mini flagship. DON'T RUIN THE COMPACT SONY.

This XZ2 looks no way similar to the older Xperias. Curved back, different camera and FP location, different speaker grilles, no signature Sony power button, and rounded corners.

I'm disappointed with three things.
Firstly, design is just okay. Honestly not exciting. Maximizing the screen to body ratio kept aside, I personally like the sharp edges.
Secondly, what mainly differentiates Sony from other devices is the finger print sensor placement. Integrating the finger print reader into the power button is the greatest idea and placing it on the side is more than awesome.
Finally, about the missing dual camera setup. Sony is already experiencing the worst scores in Dxomark. It's highly difficult to attract the customers only with the slow-mo. Because, now a days many people are fascinated towards dual camera irrespective of it's implementation(like wide angle, telephoto lens...) so greatly that, few companies have already implemented even in their entry and mid level devices. Though Sony have some extremely awful camera features, I think this is not a safe way to play this game.

That camera placement is horrible, it should be at the top. The body also looks... moreWrong. The camera SHOULD NOT be at the top. Why? Because this way you can hold the phone firmly, with all of your fingers. If it's on the top, you have to hold it with two fingers, by the edges, watching not to cover the lens with your other fingers.
So, this is a much better placement than at the top.
