See, I've never been to Samsung, Apple, LG, 1+ Moto, Huawei, Xiaomi etc. pages to make any complain, not even once. I will not buy it, so I actually don't give a sh.it about the errors they probably made. Which everybody do make errors... So I think customers should go to their "desired" brand page and make complains about what they'll actually buy.
You can't buy a Samsung or Apple phone and then come to a Sony page to complain about how they make their phones... That has to be the worst kind of stup.idity. Don't you have something to complain about the product you buy? People make fun of Sony's low sales but sony pages has the most comments from bashers... what does that tell you? It say the likes of you are a actually "you know what"...
XZ user here, hoping to upgrade to a later Xperia. Sony rocks, rules, kicks as.s. Get over it

Look at the iPhone whatever bad decision they make no one criticises them in the media and they encourage them on the wrong decisions they make. Same with Samsung and Huawei even the worst of them all by imitating the design language and the notch of the iPhone X as if it was something innovative and all of the market with their media are superficial and shallow even most audience are so don't blame Sony because they're in a difficult position and need to survive.

Sony had side FPS, "oh sony is going down, sony is backwards, RIP sony". They moved it to the back just like all others, "oh sony is going down, sony is backwards, RIP sony".
Sony had a unique design, "oh sony is going down, sony is backwards, RIP sony". They made it similar to others(the way bashers liked it in others), "oh sony is going down, sony is backwards, RIP sony".
Had 3.5 jack all along, "oh sony is going down, sony is backwards, RIP sony". They removed it just like most others/higher sales and most profit maker, "oh sony is going down, sony is backwards, RIP sony".
Can't you guys see it's just cheap hatred. Sony it's making phones for those who actually buys them not those who would never buy but want to have to have opinions. There is actually no flagship phone out there that bests others all round. At the end it's just personal opinions...
If you complain about sony for being unique and still complain for doing exactly what others are doing, are you actually still making sense? That's just self relevance and really pitiful situation to be in.
sony just dont cut it for me ,everyone is going bezelless and now sony is slimming bezels batteries are reaching 4000mah and sony big phone has a battery of 3180mah come on give us a break sony.

Long-time Sony fan and I won't be buying this. A fingerprint read in the power button is superior to the competition so why are Sony regressing? Regressing also by removing the headphone jack. Following trends of inferior competition rather than sticking to their guns shows weak leadership at Sony.
