very happy to own xzp, because I like sony brick design, side finger reader and 3.5 jack. all these things are gone. very sad.

You said it proved a single camera is better. Which is competent different and an excessive stretch.
And nobody saying anything bad about it and it doing as you claimed are also two completely different things.

He actually said "There is no way for water to enter from this point" and he ment the headphone jack on Sony xz.

Haha, Mate 10 with dual cam is better cause its have many ... moreno boy, it's because many people have tested it and came to this conclusion. reviewers, blogs and no one so far said a bad thing about pixels camera. Anyway why is this the subject? My point was that you don't need 2 cameras to have great shots. And pixel proved it.

My OnePlus 5T ... moreactually no. pixel has better bokeh effect and that's a fact. it's not only dxo marking but from the many reviews i have read and watched. pixel really has the best camera on a smartphone atm.

If the design becomes like this then I will be giving up on SONY. The brick design used to make the Xperia lineup stand unique from other brands. If this is the design then you cannot differentiate between SONY and other brands like SAMSUNG and ASUS. SONY should create something completely new or stick with old design but be unique.
Hate the new design because it is the same what other brands are doing. People only wanted smaller bezels. I expected then to trim down the bezels a bit but making the phone with curved back and placing fingerprint scanner at back and not at side(thanks to American market) makes it worse.

Specs are well balanced but what's with removal of 3.5mm. If Samsung can retain the jack then so can Sony. They are similar sized. Sony has marginally larger battery(~180 mAh) but Samsung has more sensors in the mix (Iris in front, heart rate in the back and mst for samsung pay)

My OnePlus 5T still get better bokeh effects than my other Pixel 2 XL. It just scores better on DxOMark because of their performance on still images which undeniably unrivalled.

The 960fps slow motion has been upgraded to 1080p. But do we get longer capture? More than 0.2 seconds?

Its a damn shame Sony listens to Apple and Samsung fangals rather than their own customers. Just because they shouted bezels and Said 3.5mm is the latest trend. Sony simply followed. All these years I bought Sony because its unique. Sony you truly lost a VERY loyal customer. Also change your name to Appsung..
