I'm buying the white XZ2 Compact as soon as it's released in my country. Hopefully in a few days! I hope they keep the wide angle 18mm selfie lens which I enjoyed having with the XZ1 Compact.

Who cares when they'd only support their flagships for 2 years with zero new features! Today you purchase their phone with a brand new fresh look... 2 years later, your phone's UI would remained with the same old look; specifically nothing changes.

The back design reminds me a bit of Xperia ZR.
Frankly, I hope this is not real, because I like squareish monolithic design. This one is too round for my taste..

All they had to do is to save XZ1 design and sizes, but to make screen larger. Fit 5'' into XZ1 Compact design and size. And improve it functionally. Like wireless charging, better camera etc. To save costs SD670 series would be enough.

Looks like some manager and designer intentionally killing the company and especially Compact series. Sony CEO should take this under control. Looks like mobile division needs some shake up and needs designers to be fired.
