apple was really afraid of samsung...their take alot of action to stop samsung...nokia had being mobile device ever long since.....never heard this issue before..apple just produce iphone...3g ..3gs..4...nothing at all compare to nokia..apple think sams is a thread ....come on apple there is nothing sams want to copy you..just an icon perhaps..but it is really indentical in measurement and color????....from now on..i just hate apple..
well waddya know...still think apple is cool dudes?
they know samsung and its legion of androids will certainly be the worlds largest platform so this is their only way of stopping them.
i think apple is worried samsung's galaxy s2(or its variant) launches before its iphone 5,in US,there will be no buyer left for there iphone...
That is why apple is trying hard to restrict samsung mobiles in US...
I wish Apple would concentrate on their own products rather than running after other companies.....
this is the only way for apple to stop android.it is apples way to say that i have worst mobiles than android, but i have better lawyers.but even lawyers cant stop the future.androids are here and no lawyer can stop them.and if finally google win aplles lawyers this will be the end for apple
Apple sucks. This war will go on forever. Money make people loose their heads
"The request for injunction was filed with no notice to Samsung, and the order was issued without any hearing or presentation of evidence from Samsung."
Apple obviously bribed German courts
This is the definition of Apple by www.urbandictionary.com
A horrendous company that has somehow managed to stay afloat for years and appeal to a mass of misguided people. They specialize in taking existing technology, making it all shiny and fancy looking, and re-selling it for double the price. Ironically, their slogan is "Think Different".
Their latest and greatest gadget that's getting all the attention is, of course, the iPhone, which is basically comparable to any high-quality $150 phone, except it has "innovative" touch screen technology, and it sells for $600.
guys, i may have a solution regarding Apple's ban for the Galaxy Tab in Europe.
what if we, the consumers, were to sue Apple for denying our freedom of choice?
if we want to buy a Galaxy Tab, who are Apple to deny us this right?
this IS against our human rights, it affects maybe more than the producer...
so let's stand up against these a-holes and get the products we want, where, when and how we want them!
