Well done Apple! Finally someone sued that copycat company that lacks in imagination!! All this years copying from other company and ppl calling em "World's best phone company", rather call em "World's best copycat company" rofl.
Not that I'd buy any Apple devices cuz they suck aswell, but i'm glad they had ballz to sue Samsung and showed them that they will have to play fair to win.

Apple are sore loser.The internal parts of Apple smartphones and ipads are Sumsung components yet they(Apple)moan about external similarities between Sumsung phones and theirs.The screen displays of all Apple smartphones and ipads are also manufactured by Sumsung.Apple is definately biting the hand that feeds it.Their actions will cost them dearly in the long run.

I could not get a fact here. Is the injunction is just bcoz of external design? A Tab/Table is just a slate. How much it is going to vary is not something that I can see. I agree if the case is for a phone.

Please go to see the following link about Nvidia CEO show off this tablet prototype, dated November 9th 2009, ( ipad launched at year Jan-2010 ), ipad is similar than it, both with bold & black colour edge & round shape corners, May be ipad design is copy form it, or can we say, galaxy tab isn't copy from ipad, bcs when ipad born into world, already have such design from Nivdia, Sorry my eng. isn't good

That's the reward of being copycats...Samsung should make Galaxy tab WITHOUT a TASTE of IPAD's structure. It should be completely different. Not merely a IPAD inspired product :) GO APPLE.

If Samsung copies Apple how comes that Samsung products are more complete when it comes to features, more powerful and sometimes more good looking?
Somebody please explain me how the "copys" are so much better on so many levels then the "genuine" products?
