I own the exynos S8 and I don't see much of a lag but when I compared against SD835 Version of S8 then I saw the lag.

Nice Performance upgrade but this is expected. All in all, a rather uneventful event. Galaxy S9 is not really impressing. I don't see a reason to upgrade from my S8. Only if Samsung updated the Screen significantly.
