There are plenty of third-party launchers in the Market, so no worries...
RJ11, 11 Aug 2011this means no more touchwiz UI for Samsung, sense UI for HTC, Motoblur UI for Motorola.. meani... morebut it also doesnt mean companies cant make their own launcher building on top of ice cream sandwich.
so i dont really see what the big deal is.
Can you install the new ice cream sandwich on a single core phone??
bo d master, 11 Aug 2011hahahha.....android BigMac coming soon 2012 too... i like android lolLol
ruben , 11 Aug 2011who is rushing?? they are working on ice cream sandwich sence may 2011Just because they have been working it for a long time does not mean it will be finished by the time IP5 comes out. What i fear is that it might not be finished and Google releases it unfinished
combining the best of the gingerbread and honeycomb will be great, with this, will end the fragmatation once and for all! There be only one software for everthing!
hahahha.....android BigMac coming soon 2012 too...
i like android lol
Anon, 10 Aug 2011You won't even see this unless you're running a dual core. More fragmentation for developerswrong, learn more and read more
i read that Samsung Nexus Prime will be the first phone to get ICS, and Xoom 2 will be the tablet.
I hope that icecream sandwich will support old devices like HTC Hero.
even if it comes in october htc devices would be first to start getting it in december and samsung probably in february! guys with lg and motorola should learn to be more patient! i see only xoom and nexus devices getting it in late october,,,
haha . . . then xperia duo will be one of the phones that will be released . . .
