I am using 2 sims (jio4g + idea 4g) plus 256gb samsung sd card all at the same time on my 128gb s7 edge from a very long time

First of all its definitely not worth upgrading from S8/S8+ and Note 8. Secondly the purpose of giving hydrid slot is to snatch more money from customers. Customers category owning S9/S9 is premium and definitely they need to use 2 sim scarifying memory card option. Hence customer are forced to buy 128Gb/256GB model. Company understand this and that's why they do not give dedicated card slot with 2 SIMs. ........Imagine flagship phone does not have dedicated card slot but mid range phone have this option. This is call Cheap Marketing strategy.

I just wish they had a little wider display.. These narrow displays have a hard time fitting things in specially text on articles and web pages.. I like my displays a little more wide so that I can type comfortably and read easily..

i know about the expandable storage but in India most of us use dual sim cards. So hybrid... more256gb is very expensive and an overkill. A 128gb version would have been a better option for India. A dedicated microsd card slot would have been awesome.
I was hoping to upgrade my S8 to S9+ as 64gb is too low for me and I use 2 sims, so cant use microSD card even though I own a 128gb microSD card. Also I wanted a bigger screen and better fingerprint placement. I guess I will get a 128 gb oneplus 6 whenever it launches this year.

i know about the expandable storage but in India most of us use dual sim cards. So hybrid slot takes the 2nd sim. So prefer 128gb option. 256gb is overkill.

launching a phone within 1/2 week of announcement - when but software upgrade takes more than 6/8 months for such premium phones - are they really worth it ? I have note 8 no sign of oreo :-(

I think better to Stay with S8+ ... Can't pay 60% More Price for S9+ for only little changes.. Right Now S8+ is available in KSA for 2200 Riyal and S9+ is 3800 riyal.. Why?

And still won't break any sales record here. This is a Xiaomi turf. With sammy's over priced phones couple it with a 3rd world country where poor people are rampant, it's no surprising their brand never topped here.
