Basically, they, as in apple, is differentiating based on technology. Other companies have different methods of differentiation like price for example. eventually, the technology becomes cheap enough to implement in the cheaper phones.

Don't say The Chinese Makers like "Asus, Xiaomi, Huawei" or even korean company (Samsung) and others are copying Apple Iphone x design. They are the professional, competitive and remember , you should know that most apple smartphone products are always above the world average price of smartphone market which is not necessarily smartphone performance can match other manufacturers such as Samsung, Xiaomi, Asus and others. All of you must understand that .!!

1 it has better audio than pixel 2. Where does it say it has better audio than xiaomi. Just because it has better audio than a, does not mean it has better audio than b..
2 Again, see the price first. I'd rather wait for it before commenting
3 April launch, no idea about global availablity, so what's the point of global LTE on device unavailable globally?
4 better cameras are for granted for asking price (I know it's yet unknown but knowing their history I am sure it'll be atleast 40 percent more than xiaomi)
5 I have used original Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 3. Horrendous software with next to no support thanks to Intel. They were pretty good phones though. If new zenui is anything like the one I used later on mm in Zenfone 3, it's much worse compared to miui beta versions..

Besides one phone is in market, another won't be until April.. comparison is gonna take a lot of time.

Even gsma initial review sa... moreI even consider purchasing Mi A1 over RN5P because of its low aperture rates. Mi A1 has better quality of photos over RN5P in all aspects and styles of tests. And how much more this Zenfone 5 will top both of what I mentioned. :))

Anonymous, 28 Feb 2018FYI. A body of a 5.5 with a screen of 6.2.Body of 5.5 is already to big. Body of 5 inch is already around 140mm tall.
That is to big in my book too but i have something 5.5 screen with 142mm tall.
As iphone X is 143mm tall and 5.8 screen size and thats more like 5 inch screen phone size.
5.5 screen size phone is 150mm and up
