talking a... moreWho exploded? Galaxy S8+? It is 8.1mm thick and didn't explode, but holds 3500mAh battery. Same is S9+. Why you speak about Note 7???
Are you blind fan? It is obvious that this design is wrong and backward.

Samsung put 3500mAh battery in 8.5mm phone with better camera, without hump and without humongous thickness of 11.1mm. And with 9mm edge they were unable to implement FPS side mounted?!? XZ Premium was only 7.9mm thick and have side mounted FPS.

I think LG G6 has the first best design then followed by the Samsung s8 but what appreciate from Sony is that they change but also don't change. You'll still see that it's Sony and that's what I like and gets my respect. Where everone tries to compete with (copy and adapt) Apple Sony is still Sony.

At first sight... i hate this design.. but after watch several reviews from youtube.. finally i found that this design is so UNIQUE and DIFFERENT.the more i look, the i fell in love... and i will replace my XZ Premium to this XZ2, because i love big screen.

But they criticized Sony for big outdated bezels. Get your facts and arguments correct. Sony just needed to reduce bezels, polish omnibalance, use better materials and definitely keep 3.5 mm in place. They did everything wrong. Now Sony looks like noname Chinese phone at x3 price and without 3.5 jack.

Oh, I know people will probably start accusing me for Sony fanboy, don't care. For the record I have used iPhone, Samsung and Xiaomi, and I liked them all. But I like Sony the most.
So don't call me a fanboy for just appreaciating arts that are Sony's designs.

This is why I love Sony. I don't care about the thick bezels, I care for the sharp and rectangular looks that's all Sony. It's just so elegant and beautiful from every angle. Just stunningly endearing.
