I have now downloaded the game. First impressions Wow just Wow but only just started. Absolutely gorgeous and a joy to play on S8 Plus so far. Only took me a few minutes to make the decision to pay after downloading.
I purchased the option to take away the ads £4.49 ($6.23 usd) and double your coins £3.39 ($4.70 usd)
sorry, but have to go, my llamas are escaping down the mountain..... gotta keep em safe. .....................

Other than that you unlock everything when you play (just like an iOS version) + option to purchase "revive" or watch ad and get revive "free" + if you watch ad you get 500 point, that you can spend on upgrades instead of just playing the game :D
I really have no clue, why is a free Android version better and less "limited" than paid iOS version.
I played Alto on my iPad Pro, Android tablets and my two Android phones ... got probably addicted for a while :)

Thanks for letting me know, I didn't know that. Are you at a disadvantage if you don't watch the ads? What are the lap purchases for? I don't mind paying if it will.mean it's a one off IAP purchase within the game to unlock everything but I hate having to watch ads and if you don't you are disadvantaged.
Like I said I don't mind paying a fair price to support developers and make sure they are paid well for producing a good product but I detest by to win IAP. Just feel that the market is swamped with that kind of thing.

Would like to see some decent independent reviews on gsmarena of mobile games. It can be quite hard sifting through all the dross out there. I have also found wee hidden gems that never get a mention that I accidently stumble across.
Even better if reviewed with a video if possible.

They drive me crazy and I simply refuse to buy. I'd rather pay a fair price whether it be £5 or £50 for a d3cent game without ads and buy to win IAPs.
I feel so strongly about this.

Boy oh boy these comments. Android fanboys, can you be anymore salty? Can you find anything else to complain about?
The game will be released on Android soon enough. It's just that the devs spent so much time and effort on it that they deserve money, which they won't get on Android since you can come apks so easily. Also, don't, make everything about Apple. I'm not an apple fan, but I am just about sick of every damn comment section on this website talking about Apple. No wonder apple has somuch influence; they get so much publicity.
On another note, I have the game on my ipad. And it is really really well made and awesome visually and audio wise. I ended up taking around 15 screenshots through the photo mode in the first couple of days itself xD The objectives add purpose to the game if you don't wanna relax-play (leveling up unlocks new characters).
If I HAD to criticize, I would only say that some of the chasms are difficult to jump over, especially when there's a certain something chasing you. Also, still haven't come across the soundtrack in the trailer yet, maybe it's in the zen mode hopefully.
Overall a solid 10 for me.

Raj, 05 Mar 2018Its alright ... Just like PC games get later release dates compared to consoles ..that actually because of most of game versions that we have now are console ports for PC.
Almost all AAA games today for PC are just copy of console versions with minor tweaks and small features made for PC. Rest of dumpeddown UI, all those annoying assists systems and really bad AI is ported straight from console.
Other reason for later release for PC are money. Companies release for consoles first because console players are more eager to spend more money at the premier. PC users prefer to watch how much they spend. That why on PC platforms like steam you can find more promotions and budle-versions.
