Anonymous, 06 Mar 2018China will slowly become North Korea YOu got that backwards. Dont you kids learn history where you are from? China AS like N.K,. they been moving away from that at an ever increasing speed. Go there, its not a closed whole where people cry in desperation over their lost freedom. Why do you chose to live in ignorance and then go as far as to chose to belive that people of China are forced to live in ignorance? Youre the one without history or knowledge, unlike Chinese kids above 6 years old.
XX.XX, 06 Mar 2018Since WhatsApp is USA's toy and WeChat China's, what's the best private option then? Telegram? Wow, whoooa there cowboy. WhatsApp is american??? It used rare in USA even after facebook bought it, but every person in India had it long before that. It was made sumwer in the former soviet union.
AnonD-742927, 07 Mar 2018...PS: 999.9 million are Chinese that lives in China and they don't have other options...Youre wrong there, WeChat has for years been common in Asian democracies, and many westerners picked it up as well some 4-5 years ago but later it kinda died out in Europe. Still, you must have heard it before that it wasnt an all Chinese phenomena, unless you been locked away the last few years. If anything its adoption in china was slow at first, just like Friendster was insanely big in Asia before it started to really take off in China.
...PS: 999.9 million are Chinese that lives in China and they don't have other options...
Anonymous, 06 Mar 2018Still it is easier to trust a democratic superpower over bunch of communists who control each ... morethat's because you live under the illusion that you have freedom... and that illusion is created by those who enslave you and want you to believe you are free, despite you are as controlled, or even more, than those who are overtly controlled. Open your eyes.
Anonymous, 06 Mar 2018stop dividing and compartmentalising people... it's not about being communist, this or that. I... moreStill it is easier to trust a democratic superpower over bunch of communists who control each and every move of their people.
XX.XX, 06 Mar 2018Since WhatsApp is USA's toy and WeChat China's, what's the best private option then? Telegram? Telegram will always be the best option if you take privacy seriously.
China as UK and US before just trying to monitor their citizens, nothing new these days
AnonD-35569, 06 Mar 2018All cool kids use BBMI'm sorry, please allow me to laugh at your comment.
Thank you for the laugh.
Since WhatsApp is USA's toy and WeChat China's, what's the best private option then? Telegram?
Jonathan, 06 Mar 2018Ya is because most of the user is CHINESE !!!!! And you saying water is wet.
stop dividing and compartmentalising people... it's not about being communist, this or that. It is about people doing things that stop others from experiencing freedom, joy and love. And you don't need to be a communist. NSA is in a democratic government and controls and invades the lives of all in the world... usa's president is in a democratic country and only takes actions that benefits himself and his friends in the detriment and exploitation of others. Stop playing their game... their game is to divide and conquer. Stop focusing on labels, and start focusing on the actions that don't work in leading us where we all want to go: freedom, joy and love between all, with equal access to opportunities for everyone, everyone enjoying their fair share of natural resources, their fair share of use of the land, with free roaming on their own planet!
Anonymous, 06 Mar 2018End to end encryption? How will they spy on users then? And then people get offended that ... moreGood decision on not trusting the "communists" but you should also be wary of your own govt.
End to end encryption? How will they spy on users then?
And then people get offended that brands like Huawei are almost banned in US.
I will never use WeChat cause I trust my own govt more than those communists.
Lakshayy, 06 Mar 2018All that growth because mobile version of PUBG released in China uses WeChat as a login. the parent company of wechat has share of the studio operating PUBG
