So embarrassing, just copy fruit company. Come up with your own designs or perhaps the smartphone design is dead. I am bored with todays phones lets hope Nokia bring back some quirky designs when profits flourish.
Do these companies not feel silly copying a stupid notch? I can feel myself going red with embarrassment .

Adding it to the OP5T was great but they really seem to be wanting to follow in the footsteps of fruit.. I'd personally just want no front cam, or if it had to be there, do what the Mi Mix 2s seems to have done and put it in the corner so most of the screen can be nice and clear.

I'm still rocking my OP5, as I don't really care for 18:9 displays . . . . but this notch nonsense?!?! I've had every OnePlus device since the One (excluding the 5T. and the X of course), but unless there is some INSANELY NEW AND USEFUL REASON that justifies such an ugly distraction, then I'm out, at least for the OP6.
My OP5 will be MORE THAN ENOUGH for at least another year or so. That'll give OP the time to come to their senses . . . . hopefully :-/
The ability to unlock the bootloader, flash TWRP, then whatever build you want without voiding the warranty has always been a main selling point for me. Developer friendly devices are hard to come by these days.

The sad truth is that apple is not an innovating company as compared to Sony and HTC, heck even Samsung among others. But they for sure are the trendsetters. That is sad, to me.
