Pixel, ZTE, OnePlus, Motorola, HTC have little to no presence here. Little meaning online purchase. And even if it was, most of their flagships aren't released here but instead just cheap midrange. Case in point way back 2016 with Xiaomi's Mi Note2 and Mi Mix. Or how about Vivo's flagship phones like the X Play series? All we get are cheap midrange "selfie" phones. Or how about Samsung's decision to sell more midrange instead of their pricier S and Note series here? Same goes with Apple's decision to ship less of their products unlike other countries who can afford. Bought my Mi Note 2 in the Philippines on vacation 2016 and Pixel 2 in Singapore last month. Otherwise, we could make our nation rich rather than every single one of us go to USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Europe etc. just to work / study then finally migrate! We were not nuked twice in WW2. Not even that relevant in WW2 unlike east / south east asia and europe. And yet? We're still 3rd world poor! Only reason people here say we're "super power 2020" is because of our population! Not because we're rich! Oh look nor kor has nukes while south kor doesn't! Everyone else knows where they'd rather be! Get that false patriotism off you a** 'cause I bet you'd work / migrate somewhere else if you have the chance.

I am a samsung user till date but i want to shipt to cheaper phone coz flagships doesn't give me any thing free of charge..... 90% of the people are normal user not heavy users. I will not waste money on buying s9 or s9+ coz whats i need in a phone other brands give me in a price 4 times less than samsung phones....... recession..... this year's s9 and s9+ sale will be lesser and will go downwords trend...... mark my words

in my country the poorer working group actually own more expensive phone than the higher income group as there can only afford the phone, while the higher income will buy a nice house & nice car, there don't need an expensive phone which does exactly what a cheaper phone can do... lol

FOr sure, i dont live to show off, i live for my healty and mental not to impress other, i live for me not for the others. - and this kind of thinking is what most of simple persons have. so, dont judge them.

It's only logical the offering from Samsung when it comes to "budget devices" cannot be compare to what Xiaomi is offering in their devices Xiaomi phones provide better value for money than Samsung.
