Ok, for all you Chinese Product haters, here is one thing you should consider:
1. Foxxcon is a Taiwanese Company based in China, as a Taiwanese company, we all have to admit, the QC/QA, Inspections and Tests are much more stricter and reliable than most Chinese Manufacturers.
2. It is because of its manufacturing reliability, that the Cupertino company has given its trust to Foxxcon to be their manufacturer...
3. If the company is capable of making a phone as good as iphone, then they certainly can make their own with same or higher quality products!
I do admit that Iphone is a great phone! but its over pricing vs. the product specification does not level at all...
Taiwanese or Chinese, its doesn't really matter, as long as they have the ability, capability, strict QA/QC and the right inspection procedures, there is no way this Xiao Mi phone is going to end up just like every other Chinese phones... it will be the start of new minimum standards for Chinese manufacturers!

well,as a chinese ,im in china mainland,xiaomi becomes a very hot topic here now,all the cellphone fans think high of xiaomi ,all the functions with it,and only 1999 RMB(less 300 $ ),2 weeks salary of most of chinese, i do commit that some chinese factory is good at copying, but, xiaomi is really tasety for many chinese cellphone fans.
