Lcd uses always same amount. Oled depends on colors.

How is this supposed to be the successor to the U11+, which had a 3,930 mAh battery? With a more power-hungry LCD screen instead of AMOLED? And the battery on the U11+ was not so good, according to GSMArena, with a dim screen. I love BoomSound, but I can't buy an HTC phone with an LCD screen that I can't see in direct sun and small battery.

Anybody notices that HTC using regular fingerprint scanner instaed of on screen one? I have a bad feeling about Vivo and (supposedly) Mi Mix 2S FPS performance.

Here's hoping this is AMOLED. If so, I may just go back to HTC! So long as it has 6GB of RAM, Micro SD card, and a beefy battery.

I own HTC U11+ and I love it so much... I just hate that HTC didn't make official flip cover for it like it did for all previous flagships.
Looking forward for the U12+ and please HTC make official flip covers for it.

Is this a joke? It looks terrible. Looks like a cheap copy of the LG at the back with a generic front. When are they hire good designers and fire all the actual ones? HTC doesn't seems learning anything, the free fall in sales will remain until they sink. Another like Sony doing things each time worse.
