Arguably, Apple started it. I hope the entire Android community sues the bejeezus out of Apple.

Okay HTC...while your corporate lawyers slashing it out with Apple in court, please do tell your Engineers to unlock the bootloader of my Desire S.

enough already. put all that money into r&d and make even more better (and less costlier) products rather than into the pockets of lawyers.

Apple started this when they realised that Android today is a much better operating system and all the top Androids are all far better than any iPhone. Apple must realise that releasing only maximum one iPhone each year is not enough because the development in hardware is much faster so any new phone is outdated already within 6 months, and instead of desperatly try to sue every Android-maker Apple should focus on making more and better iPhone-models. I think Apple have realised that even the new iPhone 5 have been in development for to long so that its hardware will probably be outdated even before its been released, and that is why Apple now so desperatly try to sue all their competitors out from the larger markets all around the world.
Apple is soon going to be the new Nokia, the biggest giant that is soon facing bankruptcy because they can not keep up their pace with the fast hardware developments and customer demands!

you can't blame htc and samsung as apple was the one who started suing people first.
