why chinese get cheaper rm5 ? cos xiaomi no need to apply google, also some complicated patents. Not to mention, its normally cheaper when you made it in ur home than bring it to other country. Even if it was produced in india, still they must pay more tax as foreign investment. My question is, will this redmi note 5 (snapdragon 636) finally make a visit to my homecountry Indonesia - the 4th biggest handset user in the world ?

In video you have to go to Moto, Samsung, LG (lg gx and up), Sony, Oneplus. You can give 4k to the note 5 pro by third party app, but the other issues remain

this is 2018 and no NFC support, only IR Blaster. well you could've added NFC as well as . because some people like me don't use IR Blaster that much but at lease NFC.

Xiaomi priced the phone same as Indian price so basically they are cheating here in India, however moto g6 plus is coming which would be more suitable than any of these cphones

xiaomi gives gsmarena big headache to post the page-spec of all rm5 family. put the name in rm5 china version then confused with rm5 indian version with snapdragon 625, and also rm5 plus with rm5 indian version. OMG. pls make it simple. i suggest just use rm5i, rm5i pro for indian or rm5c for china. hoping xiaomi read my simple 2cent.
