My n8 was bought in singapore, and product code is 059D752. Can't seem to update to Symbian Anna with ovi suite/nsu. Help? Why is this?

There is one code which you enter in Nokia n8 and it tell how many hours or days the mobile has been used ..
Can some one please tell that code , i need it urgent .
And is it possible to reset that code by any means . like hacking it ... because one relative of my bought second hand n8 and the guy showed just 70 hours of usage .
