It would be... moreSocial media will always be easy to replace, it has happened many times so far, it will continue to happen again.
But YouTube - as much as I dislike the fact, every single attempt to replace it has been a complete failure and there is no sign of this changing in the near future either. The platform is just too big, too convenient and offers significantly more features than anything that we had as alternative. I hope this changes in the future, but I just don't see who outside of...let's just say specific organizations that should not be allowed to do it...like the government...and others...can gather enough resources to pull it off.

With each passing day I'm disliking fb more and more. This was the main reason I've rooted my phones: to delete fb!
So in a way, my technical skills have improved thanks to fb! :))
In my opinion I think that most of the BIG players out there are all making crypto currency when we're using their apps, not only surveillance and data mining.
Maybe fb has a good side, but overall, when you see how brainwashed are the people, how much time they spend scrolling without purpose on that wall, it makes me sick!
Newsflash: nobody cares about your selfies! Stop posting them like a broken keyboard!

It would be amazing to havr an alternative to them. Except for youtube I have stopped thrse platforms. I am planning to start using youtube less and less, and hopefully soon an alternative will arrive.

Download your all photos, information, posts in fb settings and delete. You can have the file to see what you all did since you joined Facebook.

The blame lies not only on Facebook, but also on the users, who post anything and everything about their lives, giving free info companies can use. Instead of removing Facebook, users need to be mindful about what to post or agree to.
