Well we all can delete facebook account and start live from dark age.
In many cases it was much better.
Kids spend all the time outside.
People hasnt been obsessed by technology.
People had a lot of work to do.
Everybody was much more happy than it is now.

So the guy that was able to retire, by being paid $5 billion in money from a company that earned its cash in a way that he will have been all too aware of (isn't everyone aware?), now says we should abandon it. Handily, he has also sunk some cash into a partially competing business, Signal. Reminds me of the Screwfix/Tool Station situation in UK.

My Account is simply a master account in FB, no sharing shitty stuff, no commenting. 123 friends because that's my close family and that's all. PRACTICALLY no activity besides master accounting.

I have 0 friends and about 40 Groups joined. Business Groups.
I use them for buying and selling things.
I wonder if they can still mine my data. Though I've nothing to loose.
