Well it's their loss. ZTE Axon 7 for example has been a real hit!

There are other ways to get Huawei, ZTE, Xiaomi phones and they give flagship specs at a lower price than Samsung and Apple phones.

China is spying just as much as America or some other country... Do you want to stop being spied? Just don't use any technology. Even if you are super knowledgeable in tech, whether it's by internet, cell towers or whatever, you location and informations will always be found. Don't think that social medias don't "spy" on you either.

For the same reason that Samsung devices in the US all have Qualcomm SoCs, rather than Exynos, the US Government want pre-made backdoors into the device, and the Kirin SoCs in Huawei devices falls foul of this.

Huawei have refused to use Qualcomm for the US market ... this is the result.

This is an obvious ploy to give Apple and Samsung the edge. Considering what the Mate 10 and Mate 10 pro offer, Apple can't do it at their cost so give old people that know nothing of technology info to ban Huawei and ZTE. Who winds up losing? Both the consumer and Best Buy because people are going to buy online and consumers lose out on good phones. Ugh...

You do know what will happen eventually, right. With their built quality, good devices, this will push people to buy them online from please like gear best and other online Chinese store.

Who will lose out, American stores, their revenue will go down.

Only way to counter that will now to put stupid tax on cost of shipping.
