Even op5t lasts longer on battery with my usage, than s7, s8, note 8 and s9 does. Yeah there are a lot of reviews and benchmarks out there, but they are still far from actual usage. Samsung gives me about 12 hours of daily usage, while mate 9 pro, p10 plus, mate 10 pro and op5t gives about 16-18 hours of my usage. Mate 10 pro gives 18. Try to play with other phones before you try to sound of anything else than the sheep you are.

Huawei would be confusing people if it decided to call the next mate series anything but mate 20.

Do yourself a favor and watch mate 7,8,9 and mate 10/10 pro reviews about their battery endurance instead of embarrassing yourself here!

My previous phone was a Galaxy S7 edge and tried the Mate 10. I was impressed by Huawei's battery life, my day usually starts at 4am and ends by 8-9pm, that means my Mate 10 lasts me 16-17 hours with about 20-30% battery left, which my S7 edge would not last longer than 7-8 hours, much more with my iPhone prior to the Samsung which only lasts me 4-5 hours. The fingerprint scanner of Mate 10 is also more responsive than that of the Galaxy. I would say that I am excited for the next Mate model to be launched and released and would be looking forward to it.

Imperator Neubaticus, 24 Mar 2018Lol huawei phones have less efficient batteries than samsung phones, offering shorter hours fo... moreLab test battery endurance results between S8 and mate 10 pro about the same. Reality? S8 cant even survive a f@ck1ng day, whereas mate 10 pro easily survive 1.5-2 days. Proof? Go to mate pro comments section, many ex S8 / Note series user gave a review about it, and they happier with mate 10 pro.

Note7 owner, 24 Mar 2018Who cares it won’t be sold at Best Buy anyways. Samsung and Apple won't let Huawei enter the US market with their big names, because they know that Huawei phones will sell very good, and they don't want to lose market share.
So, it's just business, but sadly the consumers are the ones who are losing.

Note7 owner, 24 Mar 2018Who cares it won’t be sold at Best Buy anyways. True that, and most likely it will never see the light in the U.S. but besides that, it will be available anywhere else in the world..

Besides, Samsung batteries' quality sucks and degrade or swell too fast. Not the case with Huawei's.

Zenodroid, 23 Mar 2018Dude, this is not Samsung ;-) stop worrying about the battery and screen ;-)Lol huawei phones have less efficient batteries than samsung phones, offering shorter hours for the capacities they tout. Samsung is able to make phones last longer per charge even though the battery capacities are relatively smaller. Obviously you don't own samsung phones so how would you know?
