JAPAN vs the world.... I bet for japan.. they make the most hi-tech in mobile phone.. i mean smartphone ... they were Sharp, panasonic, kyocera, sanyo, NEC, Fujitsu, hitachi, toshiba, sony ericsson. Did i mis the others?

Anonymous, 19 Aug 2011every one coming to google...finally we can expect apple and nokia too Mrs./Mr., you are so totally wrong that I am wondering why am I bothering explaining to you. Should all phone producers adopt Android as their only OS, what would stop Google charging all of them a licensing fee? Nothing. Adn so, artificially all phones will cost more and the development of the OS will slow down dramatically. This is the reason competition is always welcome. Also, IMHO this is the reason why Nokia adopted Windows Mobile as the new platform. Doing so, they created a third OS option for the people to choose from. Sleep on it!

Nokia choose WP7 only because they were fooled by the troyan horse Elop with his hidden mission for Microsoft to save WP7 by paying a lot of money to Nokia for choosing WP7.
N97 was a so extremly bad phone, too slow cpu and not enough ram and my N97 mini constantly freezes/crashes and no text reflow in the webbrowser make it almost completely unusable...
Google do not mind Nokia Maps, but they could not accept Nokia replace/remove Google Maps from Android. HTC have free Locations for HTC buyers only on Android so Nokia could use Nokia Maps on Android! (I use Wisepilot and buying a full Navigation software from the Market is not very expensive at all.)

and regarding Nokia - they will never make Android device, not becasue they hate their fans, but because their fans refused to buy n97 and simillar top-end devices which would provide enough earnings to Nokia to allow it to experiment with android devices. How to say.. Nokia CEO said in plain text Nokia is close to severe financial problems and they have plans only for WP phones now.

Do they read your mind or ex... morego to japan and see for yourself.tell the japanese people that iP4 or sgs2 is better that their country-made phones, and they will surely slap ur face and stomp u and ur phone to death.
truth be told, there are a lot of awesome devices made and sold strictly in japan only, hence why most of us wouldnt even give a chance to believe such things could exist.but they do exist.
