Yes, the notch is really really bad, both on practicality and elegance of the design of phones. Come on Sharp you are one of the very pioneer of bezelless phones then why you put the notch here, remove it, make it all bezelless phones. And LCD display is just outdated, poor sunlight legibility change it to the AMOLED. Let the chinese cheap phones make tons of iphone notch.

A lot of android's iPhoneX-wannabe introduced each day. Don't get me wrong, I'm on android-team but this trend gotta' stop. I'm proud of Samsung and Sony latest devices for not releasing iPhoneX's clone.

put a OLED/AMOLED or something better in this and add "always on display" with time stap and notifications and i am sold.
unfortunnaly this is a shame, still using LCD panel those days and no always on display. shame on you Sharp.

What a shame, really. This phone is beautiful, absolutely stunning to look at.
There is but one issue, that blasted notch, ruins everything!!!!!
Why not simply make a thin upper bezel to match the bottom instead of that $hitty notch???
