May be some ppl think Xiaomi has a good brand value but the fact is, it is not. Nokia has just come back & will slot in behind Apple & Samsung brands & it's competitors are LG, SONY, Huawei.

I might be wrong but just like a previous launch event where they only launched the nokia 2 with too much price. this event might be a surprise if they introduce nokia 9

The fact that they launched Nokia 6 (2017) 4GB/64GB variant for 17k, in 2018, doesn't inspire much confidence.
According to UK pricing differential, this might cost around 24060.34 INR

Price will be more than 25000 INR. Never expect it for less than that. Moto x4 launched for 22000 INR. Comparing moto x4 to Nokia 7+, the Nokia 7+ has much better features over all. So price can not be less than 25000 INR. Nokia 8 and Nokia 7+ will be a clash. Nokia 8 is available for 27000 INR..

Been waiting for Nokia 7 plus for over a month now. Got to know abt April 4th launch today morning & finally can breathe a sigh of relief it will be launching soon in India. Regarding pricing, there has been so many speculations since the Euro market(32k) & China(23k) market pricing is quite varied. After reading so many articles since past month, the pricing is expected to be around 25k i.e costing 1-2k more than what it costs is china. This is still a good price considering the allround package Nokia 7 plus is offering being a top end midranger. Only thing missing from this phone is OIS, little sad, i can compromise with no IP67 or 68 since it's a midranger but no OIS is a disaapointment & still i'll buy this. I have been waiting for a good midranger since 2 years for a upgrade & finally it is here, the Nokia 7 plus.
