WebOS was a great piece of software no doubt.
But hp is headed by a bunch of spineless cowards...ones who paid $1.6 billion for something they would kill before they even gave it a fair chance!
Without a doubt the most gutless computer company on earth!

Been a Palm user since the first Palm Pilot way back in 1996. Was eagerly awaiting the pad & Pre3, even at high prices it was worth it. sad to see HP kill this product. the webos is original, built from grassroots upwards. Hope to see someone revive this.

The Touchpad has dropped to £89 for 16GB and £115 for 32GB at Comet and CPW.
The Pre3 hasn't dropped yet.

please guys dont disgrace webos it was an original not a copycat. It shows why marketing guys paid best. If nokia had webos instead of wp7 it would had win win for both of them. Webos better than wp7
