Motorolas Market share really grew after lenovo took over not when google owned it .
Yes they did do some mistakes by changing to Moto and all btw they are now back and ready to push the Motorola brand ahead of their own lenovo brand.
Just because something is owned by Chinese it dosent make the brand Chinese
Volvo , Lotus etc are all owned by Chinese but they are still developed and Manufactured in Sweden and England respectively .
Believe it or not it's Chinese that have the money now why do you think a company like Daimler [Mercedes Benz] Sold 10% of their stake to the Chinese.
Most Football clubs in Europe are owned by Chinese , Most Infrastructure in the world is owned by the Chinese , Most Countries owe Trillions of dollars in loans to the Chinese .

Why don't Samsung , Sony , LG , HTC , Apple and Nokia Reduce their prices.
Every Brand has its own Niche and target audience .
Experience and class cannot be obtained by copying and pasting other phones and selling them for cheap.

Thx Motorola for so many innovation, its been engineer SOP mobile phone, been try all fagship but only fujitsu come close (first install iris scan), back to motorola for good
