and yes, the icons are horrible, and assuming that android is getting better and better, and will be even better with ice cream sandwich, nokia is still making baby steps into this already closed market.
fresh thinking makes fresh money.... and as long as nokia has the same ceo with old thinking and ideas, will never get on theyr feet again. but the thing is, the guy just does not now where to go, he is stick with glue to his chair and salary, and until then, nokia as a brand will suffer, and nokia believers will have to make decisions sooner or later...

it has so much more to this story of belle and since all u care is UI why did u totally forget to mention changed buttons on the bar bellow any content like apps homescreen etc...?!

What I never liked, in fact hated the most is letting go a good feature for sake of following some ugly trend. I like folders and I like being organized things I do. I know I am talking too early about it but I would want to have an option to create folders. It should be up to users if they want to create them, create them, if not. Don't. How hard this could be? Well I am hoping it is the way it comes in Belle. I like other things about it. Would like to see just a TAP to open that Status screen.

it is very fast and responcive and believe it or not I acctually like it better than android, it is very easy to use and really attractive too....

When will the new belle equipped devices be here? -> Q3, next month
When will other devices like N8 get Belle -> 3 Months later, Q4
Will Belle / Nokia be sued and disappear --> Unlikely, even Apple lost to Nokia's patent portfolio. Now together with MS there is not a single company in the world that could sue them and win.
Do these device have a GPU --> Yes BC 2763, which is 4 times as powerful as previous GPU
How do you know this: --> Based on power consumption, the stated 4x power increase, and the fact it can work with ARM11 CPU @ 1 Ghz. There is only one option logical.

So with Belle, I have all of the apps I want, an UI that is pretty and on par with Android, great battery life as opposed to most Android devices, and Nokia build quality, reception, and voice clarity. After seeing Belle, I am less sure about why Nokia went WP7 iso Symbian/MeeGo
