Anonymous, 06 Apr 2018ok with me I disagree. Every company must care for its customers or they start leaving.
This is the way of Samsung way they going for.
Soon less and less people will buy Samsung and more and more will have brands like Nokia Huawei Lenovo Motorola Vivo Oppo etc.

Anonymous, 05 Apr 2018Ignore this guy. He can't digest food without bashing Samsung.Man yi can do that but it will solve nothing.
I am not bashing Samsung just because i have nothing to do but for a real reasons.
And thats the truth no matter how you look at that.
My Moto X4 came long time after S8 and had much earlier Oreo than Samsung S8 and i have a chinese phone.
Samsung is always last everywhere. They have stuicky fingers and making almost everything but when comes to after sales and support noone will help you.

what a coincidence. I called up customer service Monday telling them how irritated it has been about the whole Samsung S8 update to OREO and how I thought buying an unlocked phone we wouldn't be restricted to carrier pushing the update OTA and we were pretty much the last one on the list and by the time we get OREO, Android P would be out and my girlfriend is using a Huawei phone and it came with OREO out the box in October. Then I told them "I understand Samsung not pushing OREO to s8 prior the release of the s9, but s9 has been out for about a month and s9 and s8 are identical, just a few tweak, it's unacceptable, I dont even like apple and i'll get the next iPhone when it comes out in Setptember and no more Samsung... 2 days later I get a notification that the update is available, go figure.

Typical Samsung when comming to updaes its always last.
They put all effort into sales but no effort to after sales and customers requests or bidding.
