Hope they keep Mate 10's epic 5.9" un-curved/notch 16:9 IPS screen, 2000+2000 mha battery with super charge, Micro sd card slot, 3.5mm. Then this phone will be no brainer for me.

Huawei has done good job with innovations and R&D over the years to reach this height, they are World's No.1 in Telecommunications sector, and very near to be world's No.2 brand in smartphone manufacturer, last year they had a quarter with sales surpassing Apple iPhones sales, so yeah they are treuly doing some good job there for sure.

Huawei's optimizations thru Kirin processors is commendable, they always felt good enough even after 2 years of heavy usage, truely they are worth deserving to be top brand in the world.

The Scientist Pigeon, 09 Apr 2018Like what Kirin 970 brought us: 1- Gigantic Score pre production 2- Arrives as powerful as o... moreThis comment is pleasure to read, I would like to know, how did Razor phone could get 2k 60hz lcd panel working, with a snap 835 processor, with just extra copper wires and managing some of heat dissipitated by processor, Kirin has got good enough power in it, its still neck to neck in video rendering using Adobe premiere for a FH+ video, while snapdragon 845 is not that great, Apple bionic A11 wins by gpod margins there. Kirin 980 would be 7nm for sure, confirmed by Huawei, Tsmc themselves.

I am in love with that Huawei mate 20 with kirin 980 performance. I trust in the benchmark then will be the best for videogames... also I suppose that the camera will be at least so good as the p20 pro... I hope will have at least 6"

Its a good score , but most people will say "Scores doesn't mean anything".
Interestingly the same people use to criticize Huawei by saying their prosessors are not as powerful as Qualcomms .
I really couldn't understand why people cant appreciate a company's efforts .
Huawei is worlds 3rd largest brand just for nothing.
Sony,LG, HTC was much more popular brand but failed to reach such height.
Only because the Company is Chinese doesn't mean its dope .

Wowee, that's awesome. However it requires to have all the other essentials for me to buy, such as jack and notchless. But also to have an official repair shop in case of anything happens.
If anything, that will make the next Snapdragon and the next Exynos to be heck more powerful. MediaTek is hopeless.
