Another great device from Blackmagic. The price is a killer for shooting profesional videos. Of course not as good as those on Huawei P20 or Samsung S9 :)
It will be good also for still images, although the resolution is not great - 8 Megapixel. The good with this sensor is that any frame from the movie could be used as a still image.
It has an autofocus, which is not important for video shooting, but someone might find it usefull.
With the given specs, I believe a lot of youtubers will apreciate this option. And of course wedding videographers.
And now we will wait the old model to be available for 300 USD. It might not be as good as this one, but it is a pocket video camera which produces amaizing moving pictures.

Looks like an interesting product. I wonder how it does for still images? Should it take quality still images with good low light performance, low noise and good video recording performance then this camera has huge potential, especially being small and portable.

Looking forwards to an in depth review!
