The specs are enough for the majority of people, and the price is justified by the quality of the construction...but why can't they change that ugly dated design ? They don't stand a chance against the pretty phones from Vivo or Oppo...

The only things Samsung has going for them right now are their flagships and their AMOLED screens. Everything else is backdated and Meh. No wonder Xiaomi and Huawei are catching up in market share and sales (they've already passed Samsung in every other way in their budget phones).
