i am talking about a sample of millions of mobiles, not just one. sony-ericsson is far away from nokia sales, especially at mobiles up to 200 euros. for example, only n9 preorders exceed sony ericsson arc's sales up to date, and arc is available for 2 months.... when n9 will be launch all sony-ericsson arcs will be forgotten. arc is superb, but nobody wants it, like always happened with sony-ericsson's high end models:dying on the shelves of the stores. do not ask my why...

SE this yr has slowed due the japan earthquake. Among the android phones, I prefer SE,japanese still make good phones.

Nokia are the most reliable and robust mobiles and Sony-Ericsson are the worstest. I also have the good global idea about this facts because we receive per day hundreds of different mobiles in Orange service and we must also supply spare parts for them. Sony Ericsson is notorious for it's weakness

I think SE is not bothered at all with all the HYPE which is in the market right now. Like dual-core proc, 3D & Amoled display.
It is okay for me to what SE can offer right now. I only wish that they should increase the internal memory. 300-400 user available is just way too small.

You've got to be kidding me the last handset that I bought the c5 broke within a month of normal use I got it repaired and sold now using a sony ericsson cedar which works like a charm its been over 5 months not a single hang or restart that is why I like se.

I work for Orange Romania as sales manager. Every day I see sales numbers and statistics of mobiles saled by Orange stores and dealers all across Europe. Every day I talk with very big and important clients and I can say to you very sure that busy people, money makers, in permanent rush want reliable mobiles and very easy to use. I will tell you the most wanted mobiles of the moment and you’ll see that nobody cares in fact about cpu speed, os version, number of pixels. Nokia still remain the first option for 86% of our customers: c5-03,E6,7,71,72, N8, X7,6700,6303 still remain the most wanted mobiles in Europe. 50% of mobiles are mobiles up to 150 euro and in this segment Nokia is absolute king of sales. The most wanted function is “transfer” wich make clients dependent of Nokia as a drug. For the most customers is a big problem to transfer all sms,mms, notes,calendar and CONTACTS especially from their old to the new mobile without using a pc,immediately in the store in the first moments of use. And here Nokia is making the rules because can transfer ALL DATA between any models with minimum headache by Bluetooth.
Between the lines I can tell you Apple and Blackberry have also impressive sales, but not again yours beloved asian plastic toys.
Superb models from Sony Ericsson,Samsung,LG becomes dusty and forgotten on the shelves of our stores, even after big discounts. In sales reality almost all customers wants Nokia. For N9 upcoming model, Orange already have thousands of firm orders in standby. Practically in the first month after its launch (in September) nobody will be able to buy a N9 until november.All this is happening while Samsung Galaxy and Sony-Ericsson is dying slowly in the shelves with all their dual cores and androids.
So geeks,take a long and deep breath and relax and do not make a tragedy from every pixel or mhz, very intelligent and busy people don’t care about all that little technical details wich make the stupid subject of your childish argue.

YES, show off. in the rich people circles, nokia c7, nokia scirocco,arte,6700 ARE STILL VERY COOL. not talking about iphone...i have very rich people as clients wich are buying ONLY NOKIA FOR MANY YEARS. i tried MANY TIMES to recommand samsung galaxy s2, i really like it, but they do not want to wear a samsung or lg mobile AT ALL. Now it is a big trend with nokia e6 because it is very close to blackberry. nokia e6 is now in a big blast of sales like iphone. believe me, i make this statistics every day
