HMD which currently has the license to use the Nokia branding for 10 years is also not Chinese.
I am justifying the pricing of any company here.
I am just saying that Nokia and Xiaomi have a different brand image and demographic of people who buy them so no matter what the price the people who want Nokia will still buy them.
And people who want cheap phones will still buy Xiaomi.
It all depends of personal preference and price.

You wanna talk about quality you see Nokia 8 Sirocco is costing 50k INR when you can buy S8 and HTC U11 or Sony Xperia XZ1 and XZ premium all these phones are way better in quality than Nokia and their cost ranging from 40k to 45k INR can you justify that now?
and have you heard about Nokia 8 which is a last year flagship phone now costing just 27k on amazon just below Nokia 7 plus which cost 26k INR (mid-ranger), I don't know why quality phone got major price cut in less than year and you know Nokia 8 is cheapest SD835 powered phone in India which is cheaper than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, Oneplus 5T and Huawei View 10 and all these are chinese brand, so what happened to Nokia making quality phone huh?

Nokia is just far far supirior.
Xiaomi just uses Subpar materials as they need to sell their phones for cheap.
Also Nokia is for a different demographic of people people who want to buy Nokia will still go for it.
People with a tight budget and who are looking for bang for their buck are the only people that will go with Xiaomi.

with SD636 or SD660.
If it came with SD660 and priced like 16k-17k INR Nokia 7 Plus will be gone for good man.

You see we are not talking just about raw CPU and GPU performance we are talking about SoC which is far more than just CPU/GPU. We are living in a world where everyone wants efficiency over raw power. So SD625 is better in many ways. When SD625 launched it became standard for the whole range of midrange SoC .

So what to most people prefer Unique Design or Cheap Phones.

In all honesty these days people only look for cheap phones which give you good specs.
''Bang For Your Buck''
Hence Xiaomi Dosent Really care about inventing anything or Making their mark in the industry.
They just copy every other manufacturer out there and Sell their phones for cheap which actually works for them.
Can you imagine a Copycat is the No 1 Selling Brand.
Says a lot about the current market.

I guess 626 is a typing mistake it should have sd636 comparing with last year Note 4 and Mi 5X/A1 have same SoC. Therefore this year Note 5 Pro is actually the real Note 5 comes SD636 so it should be SD636 for Mi 6X/A2

if dont have at least 630/636 and no headphone jack, then is a dont buy for me! i am waiting so long for this because i like Mi A1 but that bezzels kill me so, hope Mi A2 came with better screen to body ratio and keep the features like Mi A1.
removing the headphone jack is stp as fk.

Disappointing battery and soc. Redmi note 5 China version is better option. Or the Indian note 5 pro
