It will happen. Name will stay iPhone SE. Same design but glass back for wireless charging. Same display. Camera and SoC from iPhone 8.

What I am hoping for :
1- Fast charging (I dont care about wireless charging.
2- Water Resistant.
3- Larger Battery
4- 4.6 inch in 4 inch size body.
5- Stereo speakers.
This phone will fight against Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact.

Or even no notch at all, there was an iPod touch 10 by today with Apple A11 inside. And far more.

No jack is a great idea.
Also hope for waterproofing and a glass front and back.
Othervise waste of money developing this.
Also they should add A11 bionic inside not this old CPU which is far worse than A11 bionic and really slow compared to upcoming A12 CPU.

I found no use for a jack and i never will.
I am glad that this stupid trend going to an end.
In past the phones had no jack in present they are made without jack.
Finaly someone got a good idea.
Having cell phones for over a 20 years but never used the jack.
My earphones are packed in the box as a brand new same goes for all my previous phones.

Small phone cant have a super B specs.
Small phone is disaster when need to be open for repair because everything is crampled and squeezed inside.
Small phone is too small to read from display.
Small phone is useless when sending messages or typing the text because you easily press more letters at once.
And there are lot mmore reasons why phone with screen under 5 inches is crap but i am tired to write them all.
Small and compact phones was era 10 years ago. Now a 5+ but rather to say 6+ inches phones rules over everything.

Phone is too small to put top notch specs inside.
Phone screen is too small for typing cuz every real man have a thhick fingers and pressing
2-4 buttons on same time when messaging is usual problem.

Adding the notch — which CNet named as the #2 dumbest trend — was a much smarter move than removing the headphone jack, which is not a legacy port no matter how many times you say it.
And also, take into consideration that IPhone users can no longer use Uber or any other form of transit without taking the risk of being cussed out by the driver.
