The rumor says Redmi 5A successor is in the works, it's probably this one. With the lowest ever series (Redmi A) getting SD625, you can expect this is the last one ever. Next they might ship with SD636 for the Redmi family, if SD4XX series has no future.
Geric.770, 22 Apr 2018Maybe Mi Max 3? Seriously, I didn't use this products yet.Mi with 720p+?
No way this is low end phone from Xiaomi like i said maybe Redmi 5 (2018) or Prime or something like that with low price.
Octacore 2.0ghz??? Undoubtly sd625 again, again, again and again
Geric.770, 22 Apr 2018Maybe Mi Max 3? Seriously, I didn't use this products yet.Mi Max 3 leak said it will be 7 incher (6.99), SD636 chipset, HD+ display and 5500mAh battery, definately that phone is not Mi Max 3.
This phone probably Redmi S2 because its specifications match with Redmi S2 leak //www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_redmi_s2_will_bring_an_189_screen_and_a_dual_camera_on_a_budget-news-30578.php.
News on XDA Developer also mention about Redmi S2 leak by TENAA//www.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-redmi-s2-tenaa-specifications/
Redmi S2 rumored to make debut on 24.4.18 with Mi 6X aka Mi A2.
I haven't bought anything newer than Redmi Note2, there's barely anything new and worth the upgrade.
Should be one of Mi Android One variant to compete with Nokia in mainland China..
Geric.770, 21 Apr 2018Hmmm...
Probably this is Redmi Note 5's successor.Note 5 have SD 636 and FHD+ resolution.
If you mean to Redmi 5 Plus (in India Note 5), that phone also have FHD+ resolution, but with SD 625.
This is maybe new Redmi 5 (now about 90 euros) version with dual camera on the back lol
That screen really gonna be something. The ppi count probably in the mid 250's...
Nothing exciting in these past few weeks, except for those "gaming phones".
Darude Sandstorm, 21 Apr 2018I think it is Mi 6c with the Surge Chipset.nooo, Xiaomi dont dare to put a 720p display on a in house processor, i mean if they need to prove something they need to do a better job and Surge S2 will came with Mi6X with at least FHD+ not 720p because that resolution any cheap processor can run easy.
It could be the Redmi 6, Redmi Note 5 Lite, or a toned down version of Mi 6X (or even a Mi 6c, who knows?). This revelation is exciting, and I'll wait for it to launch soon.
