Grats Samsung.
Again you showed how incompete company you are.
Whe comming to sales you dont hesitate to put a 950 eur pricetag on brand new S9 and month later 650.
When comming to updates you release phone with nougat when oreo is almost out and then people have to wait like whole year for oreo.
When other phones gets oreo as soon as possible you still cope with nougat.
When comes to sales. All buy Samsung because of Samsung but when comes to aftersale services you really proven how stupid and bad company you are.
If i were the leader of Samsung i would sack all the people responsible for after sales support and customer service and hire new ones and tell them what to do and how to do.
Because as we may see people you hired are good for nothing.
They could stay at home in their sleep wear and watch TV from morning till evening because they have no idea how customer support and after sales works.
Spiked whip on you. Thats all you really deserves.

After one year, Samsung is famous for their late updates and minor upgrades for some flagships.

Akorn Farmer, 21 Apr 2018I have a Galaxy S7 phone and eagerly anticipating 8.0 Oreo update. But it takes too much time.... moreYep, weird right? Since ANDROID OREO have little to no difference except for some new features, besides SAMSUNG's UX in ANDROID OREO got little to no difference too compared to its software for ANDROID NOUGAT. No hating on them, but I really wonder what have SAMSUNG been doing with their software updates...

The S7 edge are so much more beautiful than the S9. I hate the rounded corners wich steals screeen real estate, and the awkward aspect ratio wich crops videos. My S7 edge will continue to be loved well into 2019. And the fingerprint reader i super easy to reach, nowhere near the camera hehe..

Anonymous, 21 Apr 2018Why did you sell a S7? This phone is still on top of the game.Got bored of it. Had been using it for a while.

It was a decent phone though, other than the slow OS updates which is a Samsung problem in general.

I have a Galaxy S7 phone and eagerly anticipating 8.0 Oreo update. But it takes too much time. Sony Experia ZX (2016) got Oreo update on Nov. 2017. almost 6 months earlier than Galaxy S7 released same year. Google Pixel (2016) got Oreo on Dec. 2017. So Why is Galaxy so slow to update? It moves like glacial slowness of snail.
