Battery is biger than in iPhone X, or S9... But Xiaomi have more good phones but with biger battery, Note 5 (Pro) for example. Why this phone is not with 4000mah, that would be great, almost ideal androidone phone for that low price, if the battery was a biger in mah.

After all the good phones out there this year and still the amount upcoming ones the next months i'm not impressed by this one. Where is the audio jack? Unless they present something unexpected, it is one more of the bunch. There are others that I like more.

1) SD625 is less powerful and much more power efficient than SD660.
2) Battery capacity is reduced.
3) Screen is larger.
When you combine all the things it should result in worse backup than Mi5x which itself did not have a stellar battery backup.

I am gonna upgrade from my old Moto G (2014) this year. Gaming is not my top priority but
excellent call quality and good display is all I want so my question is Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 will be good for me or Mi A2 is worth spending more. I would play modern combat 5 though.

Glad Xiaomi is using SD660 in this A1 successor!!
Hope Xiaomi will undercut Nokia 7 plus with sufficient margin on price and properly support Android One update program with this model as it has competitor already in the market with Android One program.

They are required to fasten the type-C adoption so we can say goodbye to 3.5mm jack forever. Type-C does a lot more than 3.5mm does and it's not tied to audio only functionality. Future phones should have more than 1 type-C port.

Was expecting Redmi Note 5 Pro with stock Android (version Oreo), but SD660 is a big surprise.
I wish battery was bigger, 'cause my dad's Mi A1 looses about 1% every 10 minutes.
